TCFS presents “Those Who Dare” (2015)

On Sunday, January 17th at 4 pm at Tartu College, TCFS will be screening the film “Those Who Dare” (2015). The film is about Iceland’s former minister of foreign affairs, Jon Baldvin Hannibalsson and his actions in the Baltic countries during the early 1990s.
